Our Story

Poor mental health and chronic stress are among the top health challenges facing Southern Oregon.

Anxiety, trauma, and addiction continue to impact individuals and families in our community.

We believe healing shouldn’t be a luxury. Free, professional counseling can change the story - one heart, one home, one family at a time.

Healing belongs to everyone.

"Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise."

- Victor Hugo

Our Counseling Approach

At Sunrise, we offer solution-focused, trauma-informed counseling that cares for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or wounds from your past, we walk with you toward restoration, resilience, and renewed hope.

With strategies grounded in neuroscience & timeless biblical truth, we will guide you in renewing thought patterns, restoring emotional balance, and rebuilding your sense of purpose and significance.

Our next resiliency group begins January 7th!
Discover how emotional well-being can restore the body, calm anxiety, renew the mind, and ignite spiritual strength.

Book Study: The Garden Within by trauma therapist and mental health expert Dr. Anita Phillips
Schedule: 8-week group, meeting every other Wednesday at 6 PM at the Sunrise office.

Cost: $20 for the book and exercise workbook

Sometimes the most powerful support comes simply from being with others who understand. This group will provide a safe space to learn together, engage in meaningful conversation, and practice life-changing skills for healing and growth.

Space is limited — only 10 spots are available for this group.
We want to keep this experience personal and meaningful for everyone, so once the group is full, registration will close.

If you’re feeling called to join us, we encourage you to save your spot now!
