Southern Oregon is in the midst of an alarming mental health crisis.
Our youth is seeking help but it’s too costly and difficult for them to get it.
We’re changing that.
Free Workshops
Through our Workshops we equip our youth with resources and tools for stress management, coping with anxiety, mindfulness and gratitude practice, managing relationships and family dynamics, and growth and resilience trainings.
Free Peer Support and Family Coaching
With our Peer Support Groups we enrich our communities with a large network of volunteers who provide consistent and dependable peer support groups. They also team up with licensed professionals and ordained pastors to provide peer based interventions and deeper family coaching rooted in empathetic guidance and connection.
Free Group Retreats
We organize free bi-annual youth retreats that focus on building social connections and deepening our youths roots in their communities by forging long lasting friendship networks.
Free Counseling
We offer free Individual and Group Counseling provided by local licensed professional counselors and pastoral staff who use evidence-based therapeutic strategies and a solution-focused approach to empower individuals to take ownership of their own well-being and outcomes.
Selena Alderson
Has worked with youth and families for over 20 years. Has experience working in the Juvenile Justice System, Alternative Education, Church Youth Ministry, In Home Childcare, and Public School. Is currently a licensed school counselor, specializing in social-emotional development and learning.
Kerry Alderson
Has worked with youth and families for over 20 years. 10 years working in public radio, 10 years as a public school teacher, 12 years as a pastor, overseeing youth and families.
